Watts. Lee originally from the Gold Coast
Australia has a professional background
of a multi-award winning Licenced Real Estate
Agent & Auctioneer involved in the marketing,
sales and development of beachfront apartments
to luxurious canal homes to grand acreage
residences for nearly a decade.
Here on Bali, he has been involved once
again with only the best.
Firstly as the Sales & Marketing Manager
for a International British Developer who
completely sold out their luxurious 38 villa
development in Bali as well as being involved
in sales in their Koh Samui project Thailand
at the same time by attending numereous
property exhibitions throughout SE Asia.
Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and Jakarta.

After nearly 3 years of this demanding workload
and responsibility, a change of pace was
required and Lee wanted to work with various
architectual styles, developers and concepts.
Dealing with international purchasers taught
you a lot about peoples different needs
and taste. As such he was then involved
in sales in " Ashmara " Temple
Hill " Sentosa" all International
standard developments, and ended up being
contracted by arrangement with IPC by the
Australian developer of " Sentosa Private
Villas & Spa Estate " to be the
Sales Manager for Sentosa and again completely
sold out.
Yestia has also been very active all this
time, firstly for over 3 years as the Marketing
Supervisor for a International Developer
and then the last couple of years as the
Marketing Manager for a International Property
Agency until IPC was established.
Our clients have been from all over the
world, from all walks of life professional
and entrepreneurs. We know the legal system
